Mummy & Me Mindfulness

Aprox 2 hours of bonding session for yourself and your little one, doesn’t have to be your son/daughter could be niece/nephew/godchild you make it.

We will learn the basics of crystal healing/chakras, how they can help in everyday feelings. Make crystal bracelets together, play and learn mindful activities to boost self esteem and confidence for you to take home to do yourselves and the help bring you both back to your inner sense of calm. 

Breathing techniques and meditation and lots more. 

 Snacks included.
